Review the website cne.gmu.edu/itcore, concentrating on
the overview and on the Internet segment.

Download and review Vint Cerf's overview of the Internet,
from the CS491 web site.

Propose statements of principle for the technologies
in each of these aspects of the Internet (limit 4 pages
absolute max):

   distributed (survivable) networks
   TCP/IP
   Hypertext, WWW, searching
   Naming

If you can't think of statements of principle, then say
what you think the key issues are that would require
principles to be articulated.  For example, under naming,
you might think that non-reusability of names would be 
an important issue.

Bonus (2 points): Read the first chapter of Dreyfus, ON THE
INTERNET.  What are the key distinctions of the Internet,
according to Dreyfus?  How do these compare with the highly
technical view we have already?
