GMU Teams
GMU has at least two teams planning to attend the competition -- Team "Lego" (for lack of a better name) and Team "Blue Bot" (again, for lack of a better name).
Team Lego
There is the bot from last year, or a new bot can be constructed. The current bot is constructed using the following:
- Legos
- XPort microcontroller
- Programmed in Interactive C
- Onboard camera
- Optical wheel encoders
- Sharp IR range sensors
- UVTron flame detector
- Hat sensor (white line detector)
- Case fan, for putting out the flame
