Here is the link to the program that converts between Finite Automata and Regular Expressions.

It's called JFlap, and the links are close to the bottom of the page. After installing JFlap, make sure you edit the second classpath in jflap.bat to reflect its current directory.

There's a link at the bottom [that] leads to a much cleaner version of the program (it is beta, so you need to fill a short form for immediate access). Click here for the beta.

The website states that "JFLAP is a package of graphical tools which can be used as an aid in learning the basic concepts of Formal Languages and Automata Theory."
