Teachers for East Africa Alumni
(TEAA) is a non-profit tax-exempt (501c3) organization. Members
have lived and taught in East Africa for two years or more. We
know what we're doing and we make a difference.
- TEAA supports secondary
schools in the East African nations of Kenya, Uganda
and Tanzania.
- We have visited 60 schools throughout the region and
currently assist 12 of them, chosen for outstanding leadership.
- Individual members site-visit supported schools and
maintain close relationships.
- All travel is self-paid; we have no paid staff and no
salaries. Contributions go entirely to education in East Africa.
