  • Building a prototype system (as Guest Researcher at NIST) : 2016-2017
    • Build a comprehensive prototype system to allow users to create and reuse models from a reporitory of process performance artifacts
    • Manage the repository efficiently and conduct analysis and optimization on performance models.

  • Standard reusable knowledge base (as Guest Researcher at NIST) : 2015-2016
    • Design of a reusable knowledge base for process performance models.
    • Demonstrated the composition and analytics using the knowledge base on Buffered Temporal Flow Processes.

  • Performance Models and Algorithms development (as GRA in GMU) : 2013-2015
    • Provided a reusable representation of buffered and temporal discrete manufacturing foors that is composable, easy-to-use and fexible.
    • Design and implement optimization algorithms to solve deterministic/stochastic and piecewise-linear/non-linear real-world discrete manufacturing foor models effciently.
    • Provide a manufacturing foor model that is resilient and autonomic to failures.

  • Algorithm Design (as RT in LANL) : 2010-2011
    • Designed Algorithms and Developed scientific applications, the OO way in Perl, Perl Moose, XML and C++ for Gene Cutter, Primer and Recombinant Identifer Programs.
  • Design and Development Lead (as RT in LANL) : 2010-2012
    • Successfully designed and deployed a Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework for five tools with a improvement of 35% in performance and 50% in file system usage.
    • Deploy web services using XML-RPC on the MVC model provided by Perl Catalyst and object oriented Moose libraries.
  • Developer of Tree Viewer, Pruner and Decorator (as GRA in LANL) : 2008-2010
    • Design, develop, implement, document and test the tools for Infuenza Sequence Database (ISD) using Java Applets, AJAX, and REST web services with the JSON and phyloXML data formats. This project is based on the open source project Archaeopteryx.

  • Web Architecture Development (as GRA in LANL) : 2009-2010
    • Design a new schema in PostgreSQL to accommodate millions of records.
    • Website development using Perl, Mason Perl, HTML, XML, Java Scripts and SQL.
    • Redesign the Infuenza website using jQuery and AJAX request objects to make it 23% faster.
  • Compression and Caching in Distributed File System (at RIT) : 2008-2010
    • Research compression and caching scheme. Implemented a distributed le system using the Java NIO framework. Reduced the data fetch time by 14%.
