Spring 2010 Running Schedule
Here's my plan for Spring 2010.

January 1:
Red Eye 50 k.
Features: Great way to make the log book look good for the new year.
Plan: No Plan. This is just for fun.
Results: Finished three loops. Good day!

March 20:
50k HAT Run.
Features: Matt's first ultra. Plus Drew, Bert, Steve, and Jason. What a party.
What could be better?
Plan: Really, no plan at all, other than being prepared.
Goal: Pure running enjoyment.

April 10:
Bull Run 50 Miler.
Features: Bluebells!
Plan: Assume I get past the lottery. Hope for cold weather. Hmmm. This doesn't exactly
sound like planning...
Goal: Finish in decent physical condition. Minimize the amount of suffering.
I tried the MMT lottery. I didn't get in, which probably a good thing.
I'm also thinking about Highland Sky,
mostly because revisiting Dolly Sods sounds theraputic.
Capon Valley would be fun too.
I'm even thinking about Longest Day,
although I'm not sure why. LD is almost certainly a terrible idea.
