Spring 2011 Running Schedule
Here's my plan for Spring 2012.

January 1:
Red Eye 50k.
Features: Prince William Forest trails.
Gary runs a great event.
Plan: Have fun running in the woods.
Goal: Start training up for HAT.
Results:
6:45. Perfect weather. Good run.
I held it down to one dirt dive and less than
a mile of bonus distance.

March 19:
50k HAT Run.
Features:
Drew, Steve, and Mark.
No Matt this year - some mumbo-jumbo about ultras
interfering with bike training :-)
Plan: Have fun.
Goal: Finishing is about all that's on the agenda.
Don't know about Capon Valley yet.
I'm also thinking about a 24 hour event or 100 again.
Not sure why, but seems like a good idea.
