SWE 510: Can I waive the class?

I don't know. Your acceptance letter should indicate whether or not you've satisfied the foundation requirements for your chosen program, and, if not, which foundation requirements you still need to satisfy (if any). If you're not sure where you stand, then you should probably speak to your advisor. I don't review applications, waiver requests, or the Testout Exam, and have no influence (direct or indirect) over those processes, so I can't offer you any help in that regard.
