The Department of Computer Science offers Bachelor's/Accelerated Master's (BAM) programs for undergraduate BS CS, BS ACS, and BS IT students. These programs enable students to earn credit towards a Master's degree as part of their undergraduate coursework.
More specifically, students can earn 3-6 advanced standing credits in graduate coursework that count for both the BS degree and MS degree. They also have the opportunity to take up to 6 additional graduate level reserve credits that can be applied to the MS degree.
Our department offers the following BAM programs:
- Computer Science (for BS CS and BS ACS students)
- Information Systems (for BS CS, BS ACS, and BS IT students)
- Information Security and Assurance (for BS CS, BS ACS, and BS IT students)
- Software Engineering (for BS CS, BS ACS, and BS IT students)
