Swiss-Prot Records of Transporter Proteins
These two files contain pre-processed SwissProt records. The positive
set is of records that are relevant to transmembrane transport, and
the negative set is of records that are not relevant. For details of
the construction of the positive and negative sets see this paper. For more information
