The Computer Science Department offers the PhD program in Information Technology with concentrations in Information Systems, Software Engineering, and Information Security and Assurance. Students can specialize in various areas, including information systems, software engineering, and information security. Students may also pursue the PhD in Computer Science.

The PhD in Information Technology, as offered by the department, includes three primary concentrations:
