Congratulations to Ph.D. student Daniel Veltri and Prof. Amarda Shehu whose paper "Improved Prediction of Antimicrobial Peptides Through Distal Sequence-based Features" was selected for the Best Student Paper Award at the 2014 IEEE Intl Conf on Biomed and Bioinformatics (BIBM) being held in Belfast UK, Nov 2-5, 2014.
Congratulations to PhD student Mahmoud Awad and Prof. Danny Menasce whose paper "Dynamic Derivation of Analytical Performance Models in Autonomic Computing Environments," was selected for the Best Paper Award at the 2014 Computer Measurement Group Conference being held in Atlanta from November 3-6, 2014.
