The CS department welcomes new faculty members Socrates Dimitriadis, Michael Neary, and Craig Yu who will be joining the department starting in Spring 2019.

Dr. Socrates Dimitriadis joins the department as a teaching-track Assistant Professor. He received his PhD in Cognitive Science from Brown University in 2010. 

Michael Neary is joining the department as an Instructor. Michael has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where he previously worked as an instructor teaching introductory computer science courses.

Dr. Craig Yu joins the department as a tenure-track Assistant Professor. He received his PhD from UCLA in 2013. His research interests are in computer graphics, virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
