Degree Requirements for the BS in Applied Computer Science
For the BS ACS degree, students must complete 120 credits, including the Mason Core requirements. These requirements may vary according to the catalog under which you expect to graduate. Your catalog will also specify any additional graduation requirements, such as total credit hours required, GPA and residency requirements, among others.
The BS ACS program currently has seven concentrations - Bioinformatics, Business Management, Business Marketing, Computer Game Design, Geoinformatics, Software Engineering, and Technology Policy. The official degree requirements for each concentration are published in the Mason catalog.
