The Computer Science Department hosts a Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU), funded by the NSF. This ten-week summer program invites about ten participants each summer to gain experience conducting research here at GMU, with a theme of Educational Data Mining. Viable candidates include US citizens and permanent residents who are currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in the US, including GMU students.
